Prevention Education Curriculum is a flexible 6-lesson program for students in grades 6–12, with versions for younger students (K–5) coming in 2026.

“Split Second” Graphic Novel

Split Second is a graphic novel written by youth. It follows a group of friends dealing with fentanyl risks, overdose, and recovery. It helps students understand real-life situations in a safe, age-appropriate way.

Trust Hustle Video Game & Mobile App

Trust Hustle is a video game that helps students practice making good choices. It uses interactive scenarios to teach how to handle peer pressure. The game helps students keep learning outside the classroom.

Parent Fentanyl & Naloxone Education

TOPS offers sessions for parents and youth that explain fentanyl risks, fake pills, safe medication use, warning signs, and how naloxone works. These sessions help families and schools work together to keep youth safe.

Evaluation Support

All TOPS programs are evaluated to make sure they are effective and continue to improve. This includes school-based programs, community events, services, and resources.

TOPS uses tools to track how programs are used, how well they are delivered, and what results they have. Schools and partners receive support to get started, along with guidance and tools to strengthen programs over time.
